You may initiate a request for a return or exchange for eligible items within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests received beyond this period may not be honored.
Condition of Items:
For a return or exchange to be accepted, all items must be:
- In their original, pristine, and unused condition.

- Returned in their original, undamaged premium packaging (including gift boxes, ribbons, and internal packing materials).
- Suitable for immediate resale as a new product.
- Personalized and Customized products are non-returnable and non- refundable unless they are damage at the time of delivery.
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Proof of Purchase:
All return and exchange requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, original receipt, or packing slip. We are unable to process returns without this verification.
Refund Process:

This is due to their unique nature and inability to be restocked.

- Digital Products: Gift cards (physical or digital) and digital downloads, once delivered or activated, are non-refundable.

- Customized Order Policy: Generally, once production has commenced on highly customized or branded bulk orders, they are considered final, except in verifiable cases of a confirmed damage or manufacturing defect.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return, as Nikrish Gifting is not responsible for lost or unreceived return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Individual Orders: You may request to cancel an individual order within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or customization phase. Please contact customer service immediately.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized or personalized items are only possible if submitted before the commencement of customization or production. Once customization has begun, the order is considered final.
- Corporate Orders:Cancellations for corporate or bulk orders are subject to the terms outlined in your specific contract or proposal.
