You may initiate a request for a return or exchange for eligible items within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests received beyond this period may not be honored.

Condition of Items:

For a return or exchange to be accepted, all items must be:

Returned in their original, undamaged premium packaging (including gift boxes, ribbons, and internal packing materials).
Suitable for immediate resale as a new product.
Personalized and Customized products are non-returnable and non- refundable unless they are damage at the time of delivery.
Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Proof of Purchase:

All return and exchange requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, original receipt, or packing slip. We are unable to process returns without this verification.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item(s), our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection within 3-5 business days to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item on our part. Any return shipping costs (unless otherwise specified) will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fees: Nikrish Gifting does not typically charge restocking fees for eligible returns that meet all policy conditions. However, a 20% restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet all conditions but are still accepted at our discretion.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

To uphold our commitment to quality, personalization, and hygiene, certain items are generally not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless they are proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon initial delivery:

Personalized or Customized Items: Any product that has been specifically engraved, monogrammed, embroidered, customized with names, dates, bespoke designs, or otherwise tailored to individual specifications is considered a final sale. This is due to their unique nature and inability to be restocked.
Perishable Goods: This includes, but is not limited to, gourmet food baskets, fresh floral arrangements, baked goods, chocolates, and any items with a limited shelf life. These products are sensitive to environmental conditions and consumption.
Digital Products: Gift cards (physical or digital) and digital downloads, once delivered or activated, are non-refundable.
