7. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Deliveries
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Refunds will not be issued for original shipping costs on undeliverable packages.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
